Miss Noodle's black cat keeps going back to her soon-to-be-ex-husband's house.
This is the second time she's had to go fetch the puss and carry it across the
park with it meowing in complaint... She says she'll let it make up its own mind
where to live if it does it again...
Her other cat brings back things when you throw them. The favourite is a small
rubber toy car tyre measuring about an inch across. Throw it, the cat chases,
picks it up in her mouth, brings it over and drops it at your feet for you to
throw again. I never saw a cat do that before!
After the cat drama, we went to the computer shop and I bought an ADSL modem
for my imminent broadband connection. The line tested out OK and my activation
date is Friday 30 May. However sometimes the service is switched on a couple of
days early :-)
Truth is I still think something will go wrong. As you may have gathered, I
don't have much faith in anything to do with British Telecom.
