Birthday dinner, 22 Feb 2003 |
Saturday was my birthday. I'm now 41 -- eek!
So Saturday early evening we went for dinner in the Rusholme district -- otherwise
known as Manchester's 'curry mile'. There was me, Miss Noodle and my neighbour
'E' (I'm not showing her photo on my website just yet).
This is a restaurant we've been to several times before. The atmosphere is
relaxed and the food is tremendous. They always give us a seat in the window,
which I like. Maybe its because we look so happy and draw in other customers...
It's fun to watch life go by on the main road.
Not only had the 'girls' bought me presents, but they also paid for my curry!
My presents were the book of the TV series 'Property Ladder', a book about Manchester
and a box of different types of filter coffee. MMmmmm.
